Wrong/ Incomplete address
- if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete. This can cause the shipment to go into a holding pattern and delay shipment.
The importer does not have an Import license.
- if a shipment is sent to someone without an Import license the shipment will not go through customs. The shipment will have the option of being abandoned or returned to sender.
- if there is concern that the consignee does not have an import license MBX Global can provide quotes and the service of providing an import of record for the shipment that can help clear this issue through customs.

INCOTERMS/Duties and Taxes
- The Consignee is unaware that they are required or refuse to pay the taxes on the shipment.
